What you'll get
- Every alert in the channel: problems, warnings, recoveries and acknowledgements, each as a card naming the host, the check, what it said and when, with an Open in Gryphon button.
- The same alerts everyone else gets, by the same rules, on every plan, for every host or only the hosts you choose.
The old connectors are gone. Microsoft retired the Office 365 connector webhooks in 2026,
and URLs on webhook.office.com no longer deliver anything. Gryphon refuses them and says why.
What works now is a Workflows webhook, which this guide makes.
Before you start
- A Teams channel you may add workflows to.
- In Gryphon, the owner of the account, or a member the owner has allowed to change hosts.
Steps
1Make a Workflows webhook in Teams
- Next to the channel, choose More options (the three dots), then Workflows.
- Choose the template Send webhook alerts to a channel.
- Name it
Gryphon, check it is signed in with your account, and choose Next. - Check the team and channel it will post to (they are filled in when you start from the channel), and add the workflow.
- Copy the webhook URL it shows you. It is long, and on
powerautomate.com,powerplatform.comorlogic.azure.com.
The URL is the key. Anyone who has it can post to that channel. Paste it into Gryphon and nowhere else; Gryphon keeps it encrypted and never shows it again in full. The workflow runs on the Teams connection of the account that made it, so make it with an account that will stay in the team.
2Add it in Gryphon
On the dashboard, open Integrations and choose Microsoft Teams. In the iPhone app it is in the account menu; on Android, under Settings.
- Name
- Operations
- Teams Workflows URL
- https://…powerautomate.com/…
- What it sends
- Problems, Warnings, Recoveries, Acknowledgements
- Which hosts
- Every host, or only the hosts you choose
3Send a test
Press Test on the integration. A card titled Test from Gryphon appears in the channel. Workflows can take a few seconds longer than Slack or Discord to post it.
Test it
- The test card arrives in the channel.
- Stop something Gryphon watches, such as a staging site. The problem is posted when Gryphon confirms it, and the recovery when it comes back.
If it stops working
A workflow that is turned off, deleted, or whose owner has left stops accepting posts. Gryphon marks the integration Failing with the answer it got and emails the people who manage the account once. After a week with no successful delivery it pauses the integration and says so. Fix or remake the workflow, paste its URL in, and save.
