What to write to us about

• Help with Gryphon, including billing and signing in. The support page answers the common questions, and says what to include so we can help quickly.
• Privacy requests: a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion. See the privacy policy.
• Security problems you believe you have found in Gryphon. Please give us a reasonable time to fix them before telling anyone else.
• Abuse, such as Gryphon checking a system of yours without your permission. The acceptable use policy says what to include.
• Agencies and larger accounts with more to watch than the plans cover.

Gryphon is made and run by GoCode.ca, in Canada. Whether the service is up right now is on Gryphon's status page.
